RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return and Cancellation Policy has been prepared to set forth the rules regarding the return and cancellation processes for products and services offered by Apesan Otomobil Paspası Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Personas Dijital Satış Pazarlama Tasarım Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Companies"), operating at tr.apesan.co.

The following return and cancellation terms apply to all purchases made through tr.apesan.co.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1. Order cancellation is possible before your order has been shipped.

1.2. To cancel your order, you can send an email to info@apesan.co or contact customer service.

1.3. If your order has been shipped, cancellation cannot be made. However, the return process can be initiated.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

2.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.


2.2. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned with all accessories, the invoice, and the original box.

Except for custom-made or personalized products.

2.3. Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply:

Products specially produced or personalized by the customer

Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons (e.g., personal care products, opened hygienic products)

Products opened and installed by the technical service

3. Return Process and Refund

3.1. The product will be inspected within 7 business days after it reaches the return address.


3.2. Once your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded to the payment method you used within 10 business days.

3.3. Delays may occur due to payment providers and banks.

3.4. For purchases made using the cash on delivery option, the refund will be made to the IBAN account provided by the customer.

4. Return Shipping Fee

4.1. If the product was returned faulty or damaged, the return shipping fee will be covered by the Companies.

4.2. If the customer wishes to return the product using their right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are their responsibility. However, if the product is defective or incomplete, the return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.

5. Damaged or Missing Products

5.1. The product must be inspected in the presence of the courier upon receipt.


5.2. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, you must submit a shipping report and contact our customer service.


5.3. If the product is damaged or incomplete, you have the right to a return or exchange.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. In case of any dispute, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their province.


6.2. The companies undertake to provide support in all returns and cancellation processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Changes and Updates

7.1. The company reserves the right to make changes to this returns and cancellation policy.


7.2. The updated provisions will be effective as of the date they are published on tr.apesan.co.
