How do I find products that fit my vehicle?

Most of our products are custom-designed for specific vehicles. To find the right fit, simply use the car filter at the top center of our homepage by selecting your vehicle’s make, model, and year.

I can't find my car listed. What can I do?

You can check our Universal series floor mats, which fit most vehicles. If we receive enough interest for a specific vehicle, we may consider producing custom-fit mats for it in the future.

Are the mats compatible with the original mounting?

Yes, all our floor mats ,TPE,rubber or textile,are designed to fit the original mounting points in your vehicle.

How do I mount the car mats?

Simply place them on the floor of your car. If your vehicle has a mounting system, our mats are designed to fit it perfectly.

How do I mount trunk liners?

Trunk liners are easy to install and don’t require any tools or mounting accessories. Just place them in your trunk.

What materials are used in Apesan floor mats and cargo liners?

Our products are made from premium TPE, durable rubber, and high-quality textile. They are chosen for their durability, flexibility, and eco-friendly properties.

How can I clean my TPE floor mats and cargo liners?

Cleaning is simple! Wipe them with a damp cloth or wash with water and mild detergent. Thanks to the resilient materials, you can also safely use a pressure washer.

Order

How can I order a product that fits my car?

Just select your vehicle’s make, model, and year using the car filter at the top center of our homepage. You’ll then see all compatible products. You can also use the search bar to explore.

Do I have to register a user account to order?

Not at all. You can complete your purchase as a guest, no registration required.

Where can I sign up in Apesan Shop?

Just click the profile icon at the top right corner of our website. Enter your email and create a password.

I have a discount coupon. How can I redeem it?

You can apply your coupon code at checkout, in the designated "redeem" field right before completing your order

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, it may take slightly longer.

What payment options are available?

We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Troy) and debit cards.

Can I get a corporate invoice?

Yes! Customers requesting a corporate invoice are required to send, after placing their order, their full name and order number, along with the company name, tax office, tax identification number, and company address to our WhatsApp line at+90 534 810 74 50.

Can I order by e-mail or phone?

For wholesale orders, yes by e-mail. However, personal purchases must be completed through our website.

What if I’m not available to receive my delivery?

No worries! Just contact the shipping company with your delivery code. If the package isn’t received within X days, it will return to us.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Yes! You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes such as updating the shipping address, payment method, or product details

How can I track my order?

Simply go to your profile page to view your order status and tracking details.

Can I pay with two different payment methods at checkout?

Unfortunately, we do not support split payments at the moment.

I placed an order, but I’m not sure it went through. How can I check?

You can check your order status in your profile. Also, we’ll send you a confirmation email right after your purchase.

Is it safe to enter my credit card on your site?

Absolutely. We do not store any credit card information. All payments are securely processed through Craftgate, which holds international certifications in data security.

Return & Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by reaching out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

How can I return a product?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure to request a return authorization number first and send it back unused and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to get a refund from my return?

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Has my return arrived?

You can check your return status using the tracking number provided by your shipping service. Once we receive it, we’ll update your status and notify you by email.

What should I do if my order is faulty or incorrect?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How many days do I have to return the product I purchased?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items. Please ensure the products are unused and returned in their original condition.

Shipment

What are your contracted shipment firms?

We currently work with MNG Kargo for domestic deliveries and Navlungo for international shipments. Our partners are chosen to ensure fast and secure delivery.

How much are the shipping costs?

Good news! Shipping is free of charge for all online orders delivered within Türkiye.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you can find your tracking number on your profile page. You can use it to check the status of your shipment via the track order section.

Do you offer damage insurance during shipment?

Yes! Delivering your order safely is our responsibility. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge and file a claim with the carrier.

Do you offer fast shipping (same day shipping)?

We currently offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays, depending on stock availability and destination. Please check the product page for availability.

Will my order ship in multiple boxes?

Depending on stock availability, your order might be shipped in multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers. Don’t worry if your items arrive on different days!
