1. Data Controller
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), parts of the navigation process through the tr.apesan.co website are not managed personally. Data is processed by Apesan Otomobil Paspası Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Personas Dijital Satış Pazarlama Tasarım Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Companies") through the data controller.

Requesting requests regarding the sharing of your data with third parties;

You can submit your requests regarding your personal data in writing or by emailing info@apesan.com. Your requests will be answered free of charge within 30 days.
8. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data will be stored for the periods stipulated by relevant legislation.
Order, invoice, and payment information: 10 years
Customer service data recorded: 3 years
Cookie data: 1 year
At the end of the storage period, the data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
